Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ALPHA DONAIR AND SHAWARMA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to prepare and submit reports
