Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at PLETT TRUCK REPAIR LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company goals and objectives.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting and inventory management.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability.
