We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at PLETT TRUCK REPAIR LTD.
Job Summary:The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Office Management: Manage the office budget, ensure that all expenses are properly accounted for, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, clients, and vendors.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office.
