Astellas Pharma Canada is seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Scientific IT landscape, you will be responsible for facilitating changes to laboratory systems and business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for system administration, maintenance, and enhancements to ensure proper operation of GxP and non-GxP systems.
- Provide technical support, triage issues, and requests from key users in the QC labs.
- Collaborate with direct colleagues and team members to support multiple QC labs globally.
- Be the subject-matter expert for lab systems during inspections and audits.
- Demonstrate expertise in lab systems such as Labware LIMS, Waters Empower, NuGenesis, Shimadzu LabSolutions, ELN, and Binocs.
- Facilitate and/or initiate enhancements and changes to lab systems in collaboration with vendors.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure proper use of laboratory systems.
- Maintain seamless integration between lab systems (e.g., LIMS with Data Lakes and ERP systems).

Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
