About the Opportunity
- As a Risk Management and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting risk awareness in Finance and Treasury Business Units.
- You will manage and report on operational risks in Finance and Treasury, including accounting operations, internal and external reporting, and regulatory reporting.
- You will implement and document internal controls, enhance control descriptions, identify control weaknesses, and assist in the remediation of deficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote risk awareness in Finance and Treasury Business Units.

About You:
- We are looking for a professional with experience in risk management or internal audit or regulatory compliance in the finance and accounting domain.
- Experience within the financial services industry is required.
- Treasury and capital markets experience would be an asset.
Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000/year
This role requires a strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and audit methodologies. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and accounting best practices is also essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills.
