**What you will be doing**:
The Risk Analyst is a part of a team responsible for minimizing the amount of financial loss and associated risk incurred by our clients by reviewing transactions flagged for analysis of abnormal claim activity, and/or potential fraudulent events. In addition, you will be expected to help identify and establish better processes and procedures to help make the department and/or the company more efficient.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete daily RAC reports and execute POS auditing
- Assist with additional client specific tasks and reports
- Create, maintain, and helps to develop processes to proactively identify fraudulent behavior’s and duplicate claims
- Provide support for Client Care Professionals, Team Leads, Managers of Operations and CSM’s
- Update and maintain the process documents for all assigned RAC Reports
- Complete all daily escalation tasks as assigned to the Risk and Compliance Team
- Identify potential fraudulent and/or erroneous activity and provide findings to team members, including Manager for Review
- Recognize patterns and trends regarding financial loss or risk and escalate to the Risk and Compliance Manager for review
- Other tasks as required
