We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist - Dermatology to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare, a leading provider of home and community health care services. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting patients living with dermatological diseases, ensuring they receive the best possible care and improving their quality of life.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with physicians to facilitate patient access to prescribed treatments, and navigating private and provincial drug formularies. You will also need to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals, both verbally and in writing, as fluency in English is required.

Requirements:- Degree in Registered Nursing or equivalent
- Current registration from a provincial licensing body in Canada
