At Bayshore HealthCare, we're seeking a skilled Dermatology Patient Support Specialist to join our team in Quebec. As a key member of our Bayshore Specialty Rx division, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients with dermatological diseases, ensuring they receive the care and treatment they need.

About the Role

We're offering a permanent, full-time opportunity for the right candidate. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing patient support services, including enrolment and reimbursement assistance;
  • Assisting physicians with program-specific paperwork and follow-ups;
  • Ensuring timely access to prescribed treatments through private and provincial drug formularies;
  • Serving as a resource for prescribing physicians and supporting renewals and coverage changes.

The ideal candidate will have:

Key Qualifications

* A graduate degree in Nursing or equivalent from a recognized institution;
* Current registration with a provincial licensing body in Canada;
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Patient Support Programs or similar roles;
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills;
* Fluency in verbal and written communication, including English and French (where required);
* Strong technical skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and web portals;
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote/virtual team;
* Familiarity with PIPEDA and confidentiality protocols;
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
