Job Summary:
We are seeking caring and capable Registered Nurses (RN) for various work options. As a Patient Care Navigator, you will provide high-quality nursing care with compassion, excellence, and reliability to clients and their families in their own homes or in facilities.
Key Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration with the provincial licensing body.
• At least two years of recent experience, preferably in a community setting.
• Reliable mode of transportation or a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting.
