Award-winning AWIN is seeking an experienced Administrative Leadership Coordinator to join our team. This exciting role will play a key part in driving the company's success.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in administrative leadership, with a proven track record of establishing and coordinating administrative policies and procedures.

This challenging yet rewarding position offers a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can:

  • Evaluate and analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports to ensure accurate and timely communication.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and make arrangements as required.
  • Conduct research to support business objectives.
  • Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, as well as other organizations and associations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative leadership.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
