Position: Regional Financial Director
The Regional Financial Director plays a central role in the financial management of a hotel portfolio. This key position requires a keen analytical sense, expertise in accounting management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with several departments. You will act as a true partner to support the financial and operational decisions of our hotels, while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of financial operations, including monthly closing of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and bank reconciliations.
- Team management and training, including supervising accounting teams and collaborating in the development of financial procedures.
- Compliance and internal control, ensuring adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.
- Relationship with stakeholders, including external auditors, government authorities, and owners/shareholders.
- Investment management and CAPEX, tracking capital expenditures and preparing detailed reports.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior accounting position, preferably in the hotel or restaurant industry.
- University training in accounting, administration, or hospitality.
- Strong math, numbers, and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Sense of initiative, curiosity, discretion, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
