Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of North America Sales Strategy to drive our business forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with our mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic plan that identifies opportunities, threats, and trends in the market
- Lead and collaborate on strategic planning, goal setting, resource allocation, and implementation
- Develop performance metrics to measure the success of strategic goals
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategies, plans, and initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and external organizations
- Support the executive team in decision-making and problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or related field
- 10+ years in the hardware, services, and software market
- Knowledge of NA market research and data analysis techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Able to develop and present compelling arguments
- Able to think creatively and strategically
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $200,000-$225,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at our website.
