As a key leader in our store team, you'll work closely with the General Manager to drive business growth and excellence. Your primary focus will be on creating and executing a store business plan that meets performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support the execution of performance goals and developmental plans for store team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store operations.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of retail management experience.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the retail environment and ability to evolve store strategies to meet goals.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds and travel as required.
