Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Conduct regular quality control checks and audits to ensure accuracy and safety
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in pharmacy or a related field, as well as several years of experience in a leadership position. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
