About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at CareerBeacon. The successful candidate will have a strong background in community health and the ability to provide expert clinical advice and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs for patients and healthcare professionals, conducting research, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. They will also lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in nursing
  • Registered (active) or able to register with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick
  • Minimum of five years of current, comprehensive clinical experience
  • Canadian Nursing Association certification in a specialty area related to community health
  • Demonstrated ability to provide education programs using exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and teaching skills
