Job Title: Branch Coordinator

At Fire Safety and Protection LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our branch, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and manage correspondence.
  • Financial Management: Assist with invoice preparation, accounts payable and receivable, and budgeting.
  • Human Resource Management: Support onboarding, employee training, and coordination of office activities.
  • Health and Safety: Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
Requirements:
  • Education: Business Administration Diploma or equivalency.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in a related field, with alarm monitoring experience.
  • Skills: Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, strong organization, and multitasking abilities.
