About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Assist donors with the donation process, answering questions and providing information about our organization
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
