About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at Hillcrest Community Centre. This is a full-time permanent position working 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executive committees and boards of directors by preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Event Planning: Manage events, including arrangements, travel, and meeting logistics.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including individuals, special interest groups, and organizations.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Benefits

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
