Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ECW Holdings Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a skilled and efficient team
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management or a related field
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment
