Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ECW Holdings Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Hire and manage food service staff to ensure that our team is well-equipped to provide excellent service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Establish work schedules to ensure that our team is adequately staffed to meet customer demand
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management
- College/CEGEP diploma in restaurant/food services management or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a timely manner
