Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and agendas
- Maintain and update office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls and electronic enquiries
- Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other information
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Arrange travel and itineraries
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our team and clients
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports mature workers
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
