Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens Richmond Hill Corp.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and direct a team of workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled construction workers.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet design and quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Working Conditions:

The Construction Site Supervisor will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The role requires the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
