Job Summary:The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and direct a team of workers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and quality control.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Coordinate with other departments, including design, procurement, and quality control, to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve construction processes and reduce costs.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 5 years or more of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
The Construction Site Supervisor will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent travel to construction sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
