Job Summary:The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the required specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop construction staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including site diaries, progress reports, and safety records.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that customer needs are met.
- 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
