We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens Richmond Hill Corp.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange for training, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills, read and interpret blueprints/sketches/specifications, and ensure compliance to drawings, specifications, and building codes.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and ensure they are delivered to the site on time.
  • Personnel Management: Recruit and hire workers, carry out related staffing actions, and ensure personnel actions are in compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to read and interpret blueprints/sketches/specifications.
Working Conditions:

The Construction Site Supervisor will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The role requires the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
