We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team at Redleo Software Inc. in Burnaby, BC.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and maintain the company's physical and electronic records
* Ensure all documents are organized, easily accessible, and stored in compliance with company policies and regulations
* Perform data entry tasks in Excel spreadsheets
* Utilize SharePoint database to store and manage documents
**Requirements**
* Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
* Expertise in MS Excel spreadsheet management
* Good understanding of SharePoint database management

* Scan and load documents into a database or SharePoint
* Sort and categorize documents and records
