Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use various software applications and technical systems.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions, and provide regular reports to management on technical support activities.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other technical support analysts to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall technical support processes.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
