Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team in Quebec. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals in a designated territory through maintaining current customer relationships and acquiring new clients.

This role involves identifying and developing sales growth opportunities and exploring new markets. You will act as a key corporate ambassador, nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management:
  • Develop and sustain effective relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Promote sell and secure orders from existing and new clients.
  • Create and implement strategies for client retention and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
  • Quickly resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals.
  • Offer technical support and guidance on company products.
  • Track, monitor, and manage client accounts to meet sales targets.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records with quotes and customer interactions.
  • Review and analyze monthly sales reports, providing feedback on performance variances.
Requirements
  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a sales role.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
