Job Description

As a Mobile Security Supervisor with Paladin Security, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at various sites. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigation and Reporting: Conduct thorough investigations and prepare incident reports to ensure accurate documentation of security incidents.
  • Site Check-Ins: Regularly visit sites to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
  • Alarm Response: Respond promptly to alarm activations and take necessary actions to secure the site.
  • Patrols and Inspections: Conduct regular patrols and inspections of site perimeters to identify potential security risks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring their security needs are met.
  • Relief and Support: Provide relief for other sites as directed and offer support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Security Experience: Minimum 1 year of security experience required, with 1 year of security supervisor experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and Certifications: Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act, valid Ontario Security Guard License, and valid G Class Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
  • First Aid and CPR: Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification from a WSIB-approved vendor.
  • COVID Vaccination: Must be able to provide proof of double COVID vaccination.
