Leadership Development Program Recruitment:

  • Identify and recruit high-potential candidates for the Leadership Development Program, collaborating with business leaders to understand required skills and competencies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Campus Talent Acquisition Oversight:

  • Oversee all campus talent acquisition activities and strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Develop and expand the campus recruiting function, building a strong pipeline of future talent.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with academic institutions, creating a strong brand presence and attracting top talent.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvements in campus recruitment, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Assist with broader Talent Acquisition activities during slower recruiting periods, including full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the organization.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, enhancing Equitable Bank's presence in the talent market and promoting the organization's brand and values.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a related field.
  • Program Management: Proven experience in managing programs and projects.
  • Knowledge of CRM, ATS, and Microsoft Products: Proficiency in using CRM, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to confidently present and represent Equitable Bank at campus events.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment trends and strategies.
