At Whistler Blackcomb, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading daily store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Daily Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Foster a culture of customer-centricity, ensuring that every guest receives personalized attention and support.
- Manage Team Performance: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure exceptional results.
- Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-organized, and meets company standards.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- 1-3 Years of Retail Supervisory Experience: Preferred.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Essential.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required.
- Flexibility to Work a Variety of Shifts: Essential.
