The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Internal Control Compliance (ICC) team. As a Compliance Technology Manager, you will be responsible for managing controls programs that ensure regulatory compliance to CEO/CFO Certification (NI 52-109) for controls over financial reporting. You will work closely with process owners to develop remediation plans to address any identified IT control deficiencies.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and identify risks associated with internal controls and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Develop and execute an efficient and effective risk management compliance program.
- Lead and oversee execution of ICFR technology applications scoping, controls test of design and operating effectiveness.
- Build and maintain working relationships with all levels of management to ensure key risks and associated controls are identified and documented.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CISA, CPA, CA, or CPA, CMA designation with a minimum of 3 years progressive experience in compliance or audit.
- Prior experience in Big4 and/or relevant industries developing or testing control frameworks for companies required to comply with SOC 1/2, SOX 404, or NI 52-109 would be an asset.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP is a key asset.
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
