Salary
We offer a competitive salary with an estimated range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect to receive an annual bonus and other benefits.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the release strategy, scope, schedule, and quality criteria, coordinating the release activities across different teams, such as development, testing, operations, and business, communicating the release status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of releases, from planning to deployment.
  • Plan and coordinate the release of project deliverables and release life cycle.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and issues that may impact the release and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that DevOps team is available and assigned to every release.
  • Lead the Go-Live activities to deploy software successfully.
  • Maintain and improve methodologies used for release management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years of related experience as Release manager or Project manager or Delivery manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud systems and Cloud deployment, Web services, Kubernetes and container frameworks, etc.
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipeline.
  • Project management experience: Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid.
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written, with the ability to frame technology issues in business terms.
