Job OverviewThis part-time Registered Nurse position in our Intensive Care Unit will provide direct patient care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. As an RN at CMH, you will be accountable for your practice, adhering to hospital policies and procedures while maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within the framework of the Registered Nurse scope of practice
- Collaborate with the ICU multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses in Ontario as a Registered Nurse in good standing
- Diploma or Baccalaureate degree in Nursing
- Two years of current experience in ICU
- BCLS, ACLS required
- Certifications for ECG, defibrillation, intravenous certification, IV medication, epidural, and pulmonary artery monitoring required
- Critical Care Program certificate required
- Excellent physical assessment skills and strong communication skills essential
- Competitive salary range: $39.07 - $56.00 per hour
