Job Summary:

We are looking for a registered nurse with experience in critical care to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to the identification of best practices and quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and unit activities

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required
  • Certifications for ECG, defibrillation, intravenous certification, IV medication, epidural, and pulmonary artery monitoring required
  • Critical Care Program certificate required
  • Keyboarding skills and knowledge of Meditech and OmniCell would be an asset
