Your Opportunity
Our team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Administration Team as a Tax Administration Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing clerical duties, providing tax return assembly support, and data entry related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of clerical duties, including typing correspondence, photocopying, scanning, and mass mailings to clients and internal mail delivery within the office.
- Provide tax return assembly support to the Administration Team.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently while paying close attention to detail.
- Collect data, generate reports, and update various internal software systems.
- Support professional staff and other administrative staff with tasks as requested.
- Develop and maintain productive working internal and external relationships.
- Support with invoicing.

Your Experience and Education
- You are currently working towards a degree/diploma related to office administration.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is required.

- You have proven leadership skills and can take initiative to seek understanding.
