Your Opportunity

Our team is seeking a Co-op or Intern to join the Administration Team in a 4-month work term. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing clerical duties, including typing correspondence, photocopying, scanning, and mass mailings to clients and internal mail delivery within the office.
  • Providing tax return assembly support to the Administration Team.
  • Data entry related duties while paying close attention to detail.
  • Collecting data, generating reports, and updating various internal software systems.
  • Supporting professional staff and other administrative staff with tasks as requested.
  • Developing and maintaining productive working internal and external relationships.
  • Supporting with invoicing.

Your Experience and Education

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A degree or diploma in office administration.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork.
  • The ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to take initiative to seek understanding.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential and time-sensitive information.
  • A desire to learn and take on new challenges.
