En tant que conseiller médical, vous serez chargé de fournir une expertise médicale pour soutenir les affaires médicales. Vous devrez fournir des informations scientifiques justes, équilibrées et objectives sur l'état de la maladie, le paysage thérapeutique et les produits. Vous devrez également vous assurer que les activités médicales liées à la promotion des produits de l'entreprise sont conformes.

Vous serez chargé de:

  • Fournir une expertise scientifique et médicale sur les produits du portefeuille attribué.
  • Contribuer stratégiquement, par des apports scientifiques/médicaux, à l'élaboration des plans médicaux de la marque et des plans généraux de la marque, y compris lors des lancements de la marque.
  • Servir d'expert médical et contribuer au plan stratégique du produit.
  • Mettre en œuvre une stratégie pour les interactions scientifiques avec la communauté médicale, y compris les principaux leaders d'opinion et les groupes de défense des patients.
  • Soutenir l'élaboration et l'exécution de plans d'affaires médicales tout au long du cycle de vie de la marque, y compris les opérations relatives à la planification logistique et à la mise en œuvre de projets médicaux, d'études de phase tardive, d'études initiées par l'investigateur (IIS), des publications, d'analyses/interprétations de données.
  • Participer à des réunions et conférences scientifiques afin de maintenir la base de connaissances et de comprendre les développements à venir dans le domaine.
  • S'engager auprès des principaux leaders d'opinion, des professionnels de la santé, des institutions régionales et locales et des organisations sur le territoire par le biais d'une interaction scientifique de haut niveau appropriée.
  • Collaborer étroitement en fournissant des données médicales et des examens scientifiques aux équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris aux affaires médicales (information médicale, pharmacovigilance, affaires réglementaires, CHE), à l'accès au marché, au marketing et à la commercialisation.
  • Assurer la formation interne et le soutien médical continu de l'organisation des ventes et du marketing, ainsi que l'examen médical du matériel promotionnel et éducatif.

Vous devrez avoir:

  • Un diplôme d'infirmier, de pharmacien ou un diplôme supérieur en science/médecine (MD, PhD, PharmD) de préférence.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans l'industrie pharmaceutique/biopharmaceutique avec un accent sur les affaires médicales (rôle de conseiller médical).
  • Expérience générale des essais cliniques.
  • Connaissance du domaine thérapeutique spécialisé.
  • Capacité à tirer parti des connaissances scientifiques.
  • Bonne compréhension de l'environnement des soins de santé au Canada.
  • Flexibilité pour les déplacements nationaux et internationaux (40 % du temps de déplacement).
