Job Description

OCEAN VIEW OPERATION seeks a detail-oriented and organized Office Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seminar and Conference Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop other workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Meeting and Event Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to employee questions and complaints.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked workspace.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations for staff members as needed.
  • Front Desk Support: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Creative Services: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, perform data entry, and provide ongoing support to clients after sale.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 36 hours per week.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
