Tribal WiChiWayWin Capital Corporation is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advocate to provide exceptional support to customers in an inbound contact centre with no sales component. The successful candidate will complete 5 days of self-led training and can earn up to $18/hour in total compensation plus incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed established performance targets/KPIs;
  • Provide complete and accurate information in a professional, courteous, and pleasant manner;
  • Identify customer needs through effective probing and listening;
  • Recommend appropriate options and solutions to fulfill customer needs;
