We are a leading provider of automotive services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant - Customer Service to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Send and receive messages
  • Provide general information to clients and the public
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity software
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
