Job Summary:

Canlan Sports is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading our sales and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional plans and events.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a sports or recreation environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
