Claims Adjuster

As a Claims Adjuster, you will assess property damage and casualty claims by conducting loss investigations and negotiating settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements. You will maintain high performance and excellent relationships with customers.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of functional and technical experience in an insurance environment. Post-secondary education in an insurance-related field is considered an asset. CIP certification or in the process of obtaining CIP certification is required. Expertise in investigating and reporting property damage claims and miscellaneous risks is essential. Working knowledge of Xactimate and XactAnalysis is necessary. Bilingualism in English and French is required. Strong computer and reporting skills, including Office 365, are necessary. You must be a team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
