Liquor Store Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Northmount Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Store Operations
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels.
- Establish work schedules and ensure the store is well-staffed during peak periods.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment
