Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Northmount Liquor Store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet the needs of the store and customers.
- Operations: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
