Job Summary

The Liquor Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order merchandise, and authorize returns.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash and authorize payments by cheque.
  • Exhibit Design: Plan and develop exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, and retail spaces.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
