Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Northmount Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Store Operations
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and oversee the ordering and return of merchandise.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal store performance.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store management role.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week.
- Work language: English.
