Liquor Store Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Liquor Country Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Authorize return of merchandise and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Establish work schedules and manage store inventory
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
