About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Person Supervisor to join our team at 1280725 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to our sales team to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Authorize Payments: Oversee the payment process, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges that may arise.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize stock levels.
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Provide guidance, support, and direction to our office and volunteer staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support the integration of newcomers and refugees into our community.
  • Support for Youths: Engage with initiatives that promote youth employment and development.
  • Support for Veterans: Collaborate with programs that support the employment and well-being of veterans.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in initiatives that promote the employment and economic development of Indigenous peoples.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Engage with programs that support the employment and economic development of visible minority groups.
