- Ensure that all food and service offerings meet established quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records related to inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit reports as required.
- Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
- Supervise the assembly of food trays and ensure proper delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Job requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Position may be physically demanding.
- Strong client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
- Work language is English.
